Refunds & Returns Policy

Affitrage Ltd  ·  trading as AADOPS

Effective date: June 6, 2026  ·  Last updated: June 6, 2026

This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to two types of transactions on AADOPS: subscription payments made to Affitrage Ltd for Platform access, and marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers. The rules differ for each and are described separately below.

Part A — Subscription Refunds

A1. General rule

Subscription fees paid to Affitrage Ltd for Standard, Power, or Enterprise plans are generally non-refundable. When you subscribe, you gain immediate access to all features of your plan for the full billing period paid for.

A2. When a refund is available

Affitrage Ltd will issue a subscription refund in these circumstances:

  • Billing error: Charged the wrong amount, charged twice, or charged after cancellation. We refund the erroneous charge in full within 10 business days of confirmation.
  • Affitrage-initiated termination without cause: If Affitrage Ltd terminates your account for reasons unrelated to a breach of our Terms, we refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a pro-rated basis.
  • Extended Platform unavailability: If AADOPS is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side (excluding scheduled maintenance and third-party outages), you may request a credit for the affected period.
  • Free trial charge: If charged during a free trial period before the trial ended, we refund the charge in full.

A3. How to request a subscription refund

Email support@aadops.com with subject "Subscription Refund Request". Include your registered email, the transaction reference number (visible in Settings → Subscription → Billing history), and the reason for your request. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Flutterwave, typically within 3 to 10 business days.

A4. Cancellation is not a refund

Cancelling your subscription is not a refund request. On cancellation, your paid plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then downgrades to the Starter plan. You are not charged again and do not receive a refund for remaining days. This is communicated clearly at the point of cancellation.

Part B — Marketplace Returns and Refunds

B1. Role of Affitrage Ltd

Affitrage Ltd is a platform intermediary. Marketplace transactions are between independent buyers and sellers. Affitrage Ltd facilitates payment through escrow and provides dispute resolution but is not the seller of any goods listed. Returns and refunds are governed by the buyer and seller agreement, subject to Affitrage Ltd dispute resolution rules.

B2. Before escrow is released

A buyer with a problem should raise a dispute before escrow is released — before confirming delivery or before the 72-hour automatic release window closes. To raise a dispute: open the order, click "Raise dispute", describe the problem, and upload evidence. Affitrage Ltd will freeze the escrow and begin review.

Valid grounds: goods not delivered; goods significantly different from the listing description; goods arrived damaged through no fault of the buyer; quantity delivered less than ordered.

B3. Dispute outcomes

  • Full refund to buyer: Affitrage Ltd determines the seller failed to deliver as described. Full escrow returned to buyer. No commission charged.
  • Full release to seller: Dispute not substantiated. Escrow released to seller less the marketplace commission.
  • Partial resolution: Partial fault found. A proportional amount is released to the seller and the remainder refunded to the buyer.

Affitrage Ltd determination is final and binding as a condition of using the marketplace.

B4. After escrow is released

Once escrow is released and an order is marked Completed, the transaction is settled. Affitrage Ltd cannot reverse a completed escrow release. Buyers and sellers who wish to arrange a return after completion must do so directly between themselves. Affitrage Ltd is not party to that arrangement and cannot facilitate payment reversal.

Buyers should inspect goods before confirming delivery and raise any disputes before confirming.

B5. Seller returns policies

Sellers may offer their own returns policies. Such policies are between the seller and buyer. Sellers should state their policy clearly in their marketplace listing. Affitrage Ltd is not responsible for enforcing seller-stated returns policies.
